Sue Wargolet, LAC
II am a Licensed Associate Counselor who is passionate about supporting adolescents 13+ and adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, judgement-free space where you can better understand yourself, work through what's keeping you stuck, and discover meaningful ways to move forward. I draw from evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you build practical skills and create positive change.
Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and find a path forward that feels authentic and realistic. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and more confident navigating life's challenges. I believe some of the most meaningful change begins when we give ourselves permission to be supported. I look forward to meeting you!
